Philosophy

In 2015, the chef of the two-star restaurant “l’Air du Temps”, Sang Hoon Degeimbre, dreams of a second address where he could share a more accessible vision of his gastronomy. He therefore invests the Saint-Catherine district to open the San-Brussels: a simpler concept around the bowl and the spoon for a warm meal, celebrating international culinary influences.

Since 2019, the kitchens of this new establishment are entrusted to the chef Franck Bouzendorffer. With his team, he invites customers to enjoy creative and innovative cuisine in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Franck Bouzendorffer offers a mixed and colorful gastronomy that has its origins in the tip of the African peninsula: a real culinary world tour based on quality products, original flavors and a personal touch reminiscent of the South.
